Job Description

incumbents will be responsible for overall business strategies,business development, sales growth & profitability in their respective markets. They will lead the organisation's Business development programmes and ensure achievement of company objectives. Will develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies. Will be responsible for personally handling large / major / key-clients.
Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for the development of the KEY account business (retain, grow, gain) respectively in the assigned country chain or key accounts.

- Retain and grow the key account business and the customer portfolio in his area of responsibility
- Acquire new chain / key customers in his area of responsibility
- Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets
- Establish and build strong client relationships overtime that allow for continuity and ongoing representation
- Participate in development of sales strategies for Key accounts
- Monitor competitive activity in each Key account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
- Lead and coach employees in the area of responsibility (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)
- Staff and recruit employees for the area of responsibility in cooperation with supervisor
- Implement and adapt the agreement for international chain accounts according to national needs
- Responsible for the contribution margin development for all his Key accounts business (e.g. implementation of price increases, product mix, service commitment to the chain)
- Provide feedback to the Key account organisation
- Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (incl. project / marketing strategy, problem solving, implementing the companys cross-selling strategy)
- Participate in the plan process of existing and new chain accounts
- Communicate market information back to the organisation

The ideal candiate profile is Graduates / Engineers (preferably MBA) with minimum 12-20 years of business development/marketing experience.
Should have experience of business development in Real Estate
