Contributor Software Systems Engineering:
This is a dual role of application developer and support engineer. Under general direction develops, codes, tests and debugs new highly complex software solutions. Understanding of Agile/Scrum framework. Has excellent understanding of business application and the software development lifecycle. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Understands how to setup and configure products. Debugs and resolves configuration issues. Provides system administration training to the customers as needed.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Revenue Manager product is a complex domain product with batch architecture built leveraging various technology (Java, C, C++, shell scripts, Swing, Flex, Camel, spring, oracle.. ). We have a strong customer base across the globe. We provide planned releases 2-3 times a year. We are looking for a strong experienced candidate who is willing to play multiple roles in the project team and can own end to end deliverables. Role can vary from Development, bug fixing, product support, system deployment, creating automation etc., Strong communication both written and verbal communication.
Understanding concepts of large scale development across multiple interfacing systems,
