Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in ITIL Processes
Incident, Problem , Change , Release, Configuration Management
Understand other ITIL disciplines to support the interactions required to deliver an integrated holistic process solution
Understanding of roles and responsibilities to enable third party, Level 2 and Leve1 3 support models to delivery services to the account/client
Hands-on experience with HP Service Center or HP Service Manager or similar workflow tool with the ability to perform tool demonstrations
Experience integrating workflow tools with other enterprise management tools
Notification and escalation process/tools
Microsoft Office applications
ITIL v2 or v3 foundations certification or equivalent knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and domains
Ability to make decisions quickly on available information and take action performing proper Risk and Issues Management
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with 7+ years of experience in working directly with customer/client accounts. Should have experience in working in virtual environments/global delivery model.
Minimum 3 years of Working Knowledge of Project Management. Good understanding of scope/time/schedule management, RISK identification and management.
Strong verbal, written communication, documentation and analytical skills.
Working experience in multiple project environment and good skill of time management.
Very strong knowledge of basics of Software Development Life Cycle
Very strong knowledge of requirement gathering and analyzing complex interdependencies among technologies, keen on scope management, good time/schedule estimations and management.
Strong knowledge of visual studio .net programming basics, Programming/scripting language, usage of syntax, looping, compiling, reference of DLLs etc. in visual studio .net
Working knowledge of EDI, B2B, and Systems Integration.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP layers, SSL and SSL certificate knowledge.
Working knowledge of IIS, SQ Server.
Minimum 5+ years of Working Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and similar web languages.
Minimum 5+ years of Working Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDLs.
Minimum 5+ years of Working Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services.
Minimum 5+ years of Good Working knowledge of BizTalk Architecture, various BizTalk Artifacts, schemas, Maps, Orchestrationetc. BizTalk certification, Version 2004/2006/2010
Working knowledge of Workflow tools in general/Ticketing Systems such as HPSM, Remedy, Service Now, OVSD, OVSC, etc.
Minimum 5+ years of working knowledge of testing methodologies, knowledge of different types of testing methodologies, creation, usage of test plans, test scripts
