Position is responsible for creating and delivering high value multi service integrated solutions involving multiple services including but not restricted to:
* Datacenter Infrastructure and facility Services
* End User computing services
* Security and compliance services
* Integrated global delivery model
* Infrastructure Management outsourcing services.
* Managed services Framework
Experience and Skills:
*10-15+ years of project delivery experience in the industry with strong datacenter / security servicers background
*Strong understanding and hands-on experience with large Datacenter management.
*Should have the experience of having delivered at least two large( 15Mil +) IM projects
*Should have played this role for at least 5 years in an Global or Indian Tier 1 company
*Should have worked in US geography 10+ years at least.
*The candidate must have strong technical expertise and proficiency in the fields of IM. Should have very strong knowledge on tool automation and orchestration deployment
*Should have strong experience on service transition to offshore and should be able to drive multi shore delivery.
-Manages the portfolio of network deliverables and the team aligned to the business responsible for implementation execution. Acts as primary POC for consulting with peer Network teams and teammates on project requirements definition, project implementation strategy, issue escalation & resolution
-Maintain business acumen relative to which he/she is aligned. Oversee overall service quality.
-Secure funding for evolving, improving and maintaining project portfolio
-Own and be responsible for accurate project chargeback and accounting within his/her portfolio
-Accountable for project standards and assure adherence to standards
