Responsibilities of the role:
Day to day client management
Work across all aspects of the client business, learning how to work with multiple markets and cultures as well as negotiate strategic challenges from business planning, resolving client issues and contributing to pitches for business in new markets.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with agency teams across the region and globe.
Media Planning Input
Contribution to global/regional media & communications strategy development.
Aiding the local market teams in the application of globally developed media strategies.
Driving adoption of best practice communications planning (as developed in MediaCom's 2020 planning approach) and sharing
Support the Head of Accountability in collecting, collating and analyzing data related to KPI tracking, and other coordination as may be required.
Key initiative involvement
Support the Global Client Lead in developing key initiative recommendations, gaining client buy-in and project delivery.
Example projects include: building global frameworks across digital media channels, consultation on the creation of a Marketing Optimization System, consumer insight studies etc.
