Skill Requirement :
A candidate with 12-16 years of IT experience in Technical Management and minimum of 4-10 years as a Manager.
Act As an SPOC/Final escalation point for all operational requirements of project teams.
Facilitate customer visits and audits
Facilitate RFI/RFPs for new projects
Participate in periodic service reviews with the project teams to improve service levels
Monitoring /Coordinating project migration and new project requirements
Creating awareness new initiatives and processes from NSS
Open and maintain various communication channels with the customers at the location and meet the key stakeholders at regular intervals
Strategize overall branding and communication for the location
Identify and manage service improvement programs for the locations and drive improvement initiatives to deliver promised benefits to the business
Regular Reporting on various initiatives
Provide input to facilitate undertaking of the improvement initiatives
Must have minimum of 12 years of IT services/Customer services industry (IT IS/Communications) experience out of which minimum 4-5 years at managerial level (Please validate this if we are looking for a purely techno managerial profile at Mumbai)
In case the candidate is from customer services industry then he/she must possess a minimum of 2 years of IT experience
Must have a strong communication, analytical, follow up, presentation skills
Must have an ability to articulate, present to the senior management
Must have a Perseverance as a skill
Must have handled a team and should be a good team player
Experience of handling IT services for the location is an added advantage
Certification/Knowledge of ITIL is an added advantage
Must be good with using of power point and MS excel
Education: A full-time 15 years degree in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / BCOM / BBM / MCA / Diploma(15yrs)
