1.Should have good communication skills, Convincing and negotiation
2 Understand business / vacant position requirements from our client initiate hiring process accordingly.
3.Should be good in sourcing profiles on Job-portals
4.Should have Experience in cold calling, sourcing, screening, and head hunting
5.Making calls to the candidates and explaining about the requirements and client details.
6.Should possess good client interaction skill, Negotiation on salary etc .
7.Follow up with the candidates till on-board
8.Establish contact with the prospective employees and coordinate for selection process
9.Manage end to end recruitment cycle across levels & functions.
10.Should be well versed with Sourcing Plan (Job Portals, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, & Head hunting.
Note : Minimum of 3/6months of Experience is required for this position
