PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To support high performing HR delivery services to the HR activities including employee relations, talent acquisition and management and develop HR solutions by collecting , analyzing information for further course of action.
To complete personnel transactions, ensure compliance and regulations as per Organization standards
Facilitate recruitment, trainings, employee engagement and CSR programs.
Provide full range of HR Generalist/operational support
In charge of full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, Training, Employee development, Compensation, Performance management system, Employee engagement and MIS respectively
Managing HR of Site/Field services
Maintain overall statutory compliance related to employment laws , policies and factory operations and ensure no non-compliance
Managing end to end recruitment process and onboarding of new joiners
Develops HR audit plans and performs initial and follow-up audits in accordance with standards already set in company
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Draft, arrange, coordinate and facilitate Trainings as per Training calendar
Responsible for preparing Annual HR & Admin budget for the location
Responsible for end to end Performance Management System.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
Strong facilitation, conviction, influencing and proactive attitude
Strong conflict resolution skills & ability to work independently; manage competing priorities & meet tight deadlines
Leadership/Behavioral competencies :
Communication (Good in written and spoken English)
The person should be MBA (HR) with at-least 8-10 yr of relevant exp. in MNC environment with good spoken and written English
