Job Description

Responsible for identification, analysis, design, implementation, and communications around potential and ongoing continuous improvement activities
Performs activities to improve execution of HR Operation Centre services in assigned functional area
Analyzes HR Operation Centre business process and collects feedback to proactively identify potential opportunities for improving services
Monitors customer satisfaction surveys and other feedback channels to identify areas of improvement
Monitors HR Operation Centre service performance using defined Performance Metrics
Evaluates to ensure that correct metric is being used and refines or recommends new Performance Metrics as appropriate
Plans and executes HR OC improvement initiatives
Performs initial assessment of potential HR OC improvement opportunities
Plans work to execute HR OC improvement initiatives
Partners with appropriate process and system owners to determine feasibility
Designs and documents updates to HR OC business processes
Maintains updates to Service Level Agreement Documents including Service Metrics and Targets
Performs ad-hoc analysis as directed
Manages Service Level Agreement list
