Responsible for developing and deploying communications and training related to the HR platform to impacted stakeholders
Develop the communication and training strategy for the HR Operation Centre.
Develop communication and training calendars in support of the strategy.
Partner with the HR Operation Centre Case Specialists to the develop communications related to issues that have a wide impact
Partner with the HR OC team to develop and deploy communications and trainings in a consistent fashion
Monitor effectiveness of trainings and communications and identify areas for continuous improvement
Work with HR Leadership to identify training and communication needs
Track and monitor training and communication development and deployment
