We have an opening for the position of Sr. Manager/Associate Director - Talent Management.
1.Should be able to think through new initiatives and industry benchmarks in HR programs and interventions
2.Will have to drive the HR agenda for that particular Business Unit along with the business leader
3.Should have the ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence them and excellent communication skills
4.Should be good in metrics/analysis as well
5.Drive employee engagement and related activities
6.Employee relations and grievance handling
7.Will have 1 or 2 team members (maybe)
8.Exit Interview and Analysis
9.Implementation of HR policies.
10.Working to industry best practice with regards to talent management
11.Working to staff retention targets
12.Implementing retention best practices.
13.Working with senior management to develop long term career development plans for talented staff.
14.Handling employee end to end lifecycle.
