Summary of Role / Profile:
End to End HR Business Partnering role for a leading MNC.
Focus of the Function:
Own and drive complete end to end HR delivery for the global accounts in the mentioned Sites on a day to day basis
To lead HR delivery for multiple accounts in the locations
By ensuring we do transitions FTR in new accounts and ensuring adequate HR support to existing accounts. Will lead and direct the existing HR team
Unique role with blend of strategic HR expertise and Operations rigor
The key relationships for this role are: Global Operating Leader, enabling functions
Minimum prior qualifications: Post Graduate in Management
Ensure proper HR plan and focus on all existing accounts

Roles and Responsibilities
HR leader for all global accounts in southern locations. Will own the process end to end and deliver seamless HR support to all existing and new accounts.
Knowledge and Experience required
Experienced HR resource with deep domain understanding and Operations orientation. Must have superb communication skills with advanced logical ability and commercial savvy. Must have great people management skills to deliver on the job.
Prior experience in a similar large global role with teams in different poles
