Job Description

The Role requires candidate to work within HR & Communication Department. & contribute and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives. Looking for a Change Agent who will assist in Managing Cultural and Organizational Transformation.

The HRBP works closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, acts as a single point of the contact to the employees and the Managers in a dedicated client perimeter. The HRBP partners with all the teams to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development. The HRBP serves as a liaison between internal customers and HR to advise and support business needs in areas such as workforce evolution, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities are required to achieve results.

- An ongoing Transformation program is running within the organization to achieve the vision of evolving from being a Classic IT Infrastructure Provider to becoming an Innovative IT Service Provider and Broker
- High exposure to the senior management level
- International, fast moving and matrix environment
- Responsibility of employee ratio from an HR point of view: (based in India and other countries)
- Working across various levels from Senior Managers to Executives and freshers.

- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice
- Drive and deliver Corporate HR processes and local initiatives to support business needs, such as talent acquisition, talent development, career management, training, employee engagement, management development, workforce evolution and organizational change
- Work in partnership with the leadership and operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs
- Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, performance, redundancy and absence management
- Support other roles within the HR & Communication team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.g. recruitment, payroll, HRIS

- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
- Should have managed 300+ employees as HR BP
- Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, having a sense of urgency and proactively proposing solutions to challenges
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and interact and build relationships across the organization
- Able to influence at all levels through clear, informed and logical argument and discussion
- Inspires trust and has the ability to gauge the atmosphere and culture of the organization
- Demonstrates Learning Agility and thrives in ambiguous situations
- Possesses a rational, confident and mature approach to decision making
- Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities

- Effective listening skills

- Master's degree preferred with emphasis in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years'relevant experience as an HRBP/ Generalist in Top Companies in the IT Services Industry (Matrix environments preferred)
- Broad knowledge of all HR disciplines with a demonstrated in-depth knowledge in Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Management and Change Management
