Partnering with Opr. to improve key metrics for the program. Res. for all Quality SLAs, Compliance & Quality Audits. Identify Compliance opportunities & create communication for the leadership team. Process Improvement.
15 + yrs of exp. of work exp. of leading QPI projects & initiatives in a BPO environment with Lean &/or 6 Sigma BB Cert. preferred. Proficiency in areas of Minitab/statistical analysis tools, Arena/ simulation modeling, & job/capacity scheduling.
