15 + yrs of exp. of work exp. of leading QPI projects & initiatives in a BPO environment with Lean &/or 6 Sigma BB Cert. preferred. Proficiency in areas of Minitab/statistical analysis tools, Arena/ simulation modeling, & job/capacity scheduling.
