Excellent Trans. Quality Domain Knldg & Exp. in a Large Intl. BPO With a very large Qlty team. Res. for establishing the Qualityfunc. & driving in line with Quality Objc. & ensuring that all func. deliverables to internal & external customers are met.
Min. 12+ yrs of total work exp. in a BPO / ITES Inds. with an Intl. BPO in a client facing area. Must have led Transactional/process Imp. Prog with significant savings. Should be an AVP now or a tenured Sr. Mgr.
