B. Tech / BE from reputed institute.
15-20 Years of experience in precision automotive engineering industries or Automotive OE, Corporate Quality before joining IBI.
Experience in Handling customer base for implementing better customer satisfaction
knowledge of QMS like ISO, TS 16949, VDA, customer specific requirement etc.
knowledge of Kaizen, TPM, six sigma, Suggestion scheme, etc
Able to handle more than ten engineers & inspector together effectively.
Able to handle effectively customers and suppliers.
