Responsible for achieving PPM targets in Receiving, In-Process and final Quality assurance
Strengthening, maintenance and adherence of Quality Systems
Interaction, analysis & Counter-measure of Customer complains and in-house quality defects
Deployment of quality function across the processes
Intense Exposure to TQM
Ensuring that quality system, which meets the requirements of this document is established, implemented and maintained
Ensuring that the products with the compulsory certification mark are produced in conformity with the standards according to which they have been certified
Defect analysis of customer return material. Improvements in products/ process for reducing customer rejections and customer line rejection/ warranty ppm
In process quality ppm calculations and co-ordination for defects reductions with concerned process owner.
Meet customer specific requirements including quality required for all quality issues
Responsibility for monitoring the Product & Process Quality
Establish a system for effectively handling and resolving customer complaints
Supplier system development
Alternate source development for existing
Desired candidate profile:
Candidate should be from automotive background
Candidate should have experience in similar leadership for at least 8-10 yrs
BTech/BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) form any recognized university or institute
He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
