Managing High Ticket Customers
Management and mining of existing clients
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Boosting revenue generation through existing corporate clients
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc.)
Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Close co-ordination with all HODs to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
Developing & maintaining good contacts with all CXO level people at customers end, to strengthen business roots and increase pocket share
Part of the process improvement team operating through HO for redefining effective and profitable process.
At least 12 years of working experience including minimum last 6 years relevant experience
Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the HR industry
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business acumen and good project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
Travelling as per business needs.
