Review of Escrow Agreements, Software License & Maintenance Agreements, MSA, NDA, Service Agreements, EULA, Reseller Agreements, Partnership/Teaming Agreement, Managed Services Agreement etc.
Exposure to Government Contracts
Development of guidance notes, work instructions and appropriate check-lists, for consistent application across the lifecycle of all regulatory/legal matters in the region and globally.
Ability to understand the commercial requirements of a business, particularly in IT Industry with ability to identify commercial issues and demonstrate judgment in assisting businesses to reach sensible decisions
Must to have: Exposure in IT Industry, Analytical Skill, Negotiation skill.
Nice to have: Team Player. Sensitive to Others points of view.
