Commerce/Finance graduate and preferably a Chartered Accountant/ CPA
Experience of at least 11-15 years of managing F&A delivery with minimum of 7-8 years leadership experience
Deep Accounting knowledge and expertise across P2P/OTC/R2R and working knowledge of US GAAP and Insurance Vertical.
Proven ability to project manage new initiatives and process changes
Proven self starter and initiator of process improvements
Ability to manage problems effectively and efficiently, particularly under pressure and ambiguity
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate (both internally and externally) on a variety of levels across the delivery centres, the client and external third parties and staff.
Previous experience of managing to and meeting service level agreements in BPO
Proven ability to work within a challenging client environment
Manage performance and career path of a team of size of 100-150 staff and direct performance management of people managers
Build high-performing teams by selecting the right team members and providing the team with the appropriate direction, empowerment, resources, training, feedback, and rewards. Align goals of individuals to that of the client and the work stream
