Job Description

Responsible for the finance function, for the entire plant, as a controller.
Lead Implementation and finance team in Organizations Margin transformation drive
Set up new systems & processes related to Finance, for the Greenfield project.
Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
Ensure site activities are compliant with Plant finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routing and internal control basics
Lead all financial forecasting process (Budget,Periodic forecast.,)
Control and manage the plants operating cash flow (capex, inventories, over-dues)
Provide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control, squeeze management and follow up of sales and purchasing prices.
Supervise and guide preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly and one-off type of financial reporting.
Monitor and continuously develop the financial & business control systems to ensure responsiveness to businesses needs and dynamics.
Responsible for Product costing, profitability analysis and benchmarking.

Responsible for indirect taxation matters -Excise and Sales Tax
Evaluation of Account Payable Receivable, Budget control, Cost Reduction
Preparation of Annual Operating Budgets and monthly forecasts
Analysis of Risk control
Participate in Business Plan validation, and ensure consistency with plant financial information

Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years experience from a Manufacturing/ Plant Accounting background is a MUST for this role.
Candidate should know Bengali (speaking and reading) it is MUST.
Ideal candidate would have worked for an Auto OEM, with most of the roles and responsibilities as mentioned above.
Exposure to Taxation, Auditing, Accounting for Multiple Legal entities preferred.
Should be good in identifying basic tax risks in the country and work closely with the tax department and cash management.

Having a detailed understanding of financial system & process and would have implemented in your day to day activities at work.
Ideally a candidate who could manage the manpower efficiently.
Should have good communication skills.
