Internal Audit Function :
To maintain and develop a strategic audit framework based on an understanding of the risks that the organisation is exposed to. To develop an audit plan incorporating risks identified via Internal audit and to promote higher standards of risk management and value for money through the organisation.
Planning and organizing client engagements
Business development: New Business development
Actively participate in people development, maintaining operational excellence (billing, collections, personnel management, scheduling, and related administrative responsibilities)
Assist in building, developing, and managing practice to meet goals and objectives
Use professional network and existing relationships to actively develop new business for the Internal Audit team as well as extend opportunities to other lines of business within the firm.
Auditing and accounting services to various industries including retail, manufacturing, real estate, pharmaceutical and healthcare, software and media and entertainment besides other companies in-service industry.
In-depth knowledge of various processes in an organization, associated risks and controls;
suggested best practices and solutions for mitigating unaddressed risks.
Thorough understanding of principles of accounting, financial reporting and auditing including Indian accounting standards and the IFRS.
Extensive knowledge and experience of finance and operational risks, processes and controls.International reporting including IFRS conversion, audit and reporting.
International work experience includes working with Ernst & Young LLP, USA and Ernst & Young,Canada besides short term assignments for the clients based out of United Kingdom, Singapore,Japan etc.
Actively involved in firm's business development initiatives particularly in case of IFRS solutions.

CA + any other relevant additional qualification/ certification
10 + post qualification experience in the gamut of direct tax advisory role
Strong experience in a consulting/ advisory/compliance
