Consult clients on Social listening, Analytics & Engagement techniques to increase their brand visibility, memberships and traffic
Participate in Social media analytics projects as SME.
Develop new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities like marketing R&D etc
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to create differentiated solutions & services.
Liaison with Social media tool vendors for partnerships, pre-sales and solution requirements
Proven experience of acquiring customers in US & Europe primarily across Retail, CPG, Hi-Tech, Online services.
