Incumbent will be responsible for managing the HR and ER of the Unit having approx. 500 employees.
It is a generalist HR role - talent acquisition, induction & onboarding, PMS, KRA setting, Career Planning, IDP, T&D, discipline, employee engagement, exit management
Incumbent should be mature, good at both written & oral communication, good at data analysis and then taking appropriate action and initiatives. Well versed with law
Reports to the Regional Head HR and administratively to Unit Head
FULL time MBA is a must
Minimum 12 yrs exp. Max 16 yrs.
