2. Preparation of All India Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Business Plan based on extensive study of Market Potential, Market Growth, seasonality & new emerging trends achieve Company's desired turnover &market share.
3. Achievement of the agreed monthly & Annual Business Plan including Payments collection & other statutory forms etc.
4. Strong strategist, must be able to foresee market trends and clearly articulate potential market/customer needs to help the Company plan &achieve the targeted turnover & market share in the next 3 to 5 years horizon.
5. Build a strong dedicated team as per Organogram, train & groom them, by leading from the front. Manpower motivation & retention will be key parameter to this position.
6. Fully understand Company's & Competitors Products; thereby ensuring Team selling on merits & Product differentiation of Quality, design, fits & finish etc.
7. Equip Sales Team to carry need analysis before preparing quotes & offering solutions.
8. Closely monitor performance of Sales Team & focus on improving their productivity & market penetration.
9. Ensure strong & reliable data base creation.
10. Plan & implement innovative marketing techniques for building Brand awareness & generating leads.
11. Active representation of the Company in all important Associations & proactively participate in all major retail events in the Country.
12. Extensive traveling to cover the territory effectively, to identify & generate business from large Retail Account Customers. Directly handle top 3 Customers.
13. Strong understanding & adherence of the commercial terms & conditions, Payment Terms & other Company's policy.
14. Facilitate in creation of strong network of Business Associates & Opinion makers in all important markets to expand reach & coverage.
15. Ability to establish segment-wise potential from Organized & Unorganized retail Industry; create focus on each potential segments to maximize business.
Candidate should have Overall 15+ Years of relevant Sales experience in selling solutions & applications, Institutional Selling of reputed Brands; having handled All India Sales functions for at least 4 to 5 years.
Must have over 5 Years experience in Retail segment. Should have demonstrated high degree of leadership qualities with strong Inter Personal & Presentation skills to build high level of Customer relationship.
