Job Role -
Undertake budget planning for the activities of the Department
Develop marketing plan of the organization for strategic market planning and conducting market research programs
Determine targets and formulate sales plan for product sales
develop strong distribution strategy.
Identify people with requisite capabilities for managing Sales & Marketing activities for organization in coordination with the Recruitment Team , Determine their roles and responsibilities.
Establish a system of communication of information to the Sales Team
Prepare and establish pricing policy.
Execution,Monitoring & Tracking
1. Ensure that the team achieves marketing and sales operational objectives
2. Provide recommendations for implementation of strategic plans
Conduct periodic reviews
3. Provide market related inputs to the New Product Development Team for identification of potential new dairy products.
4. Support in setting up the Sales & Distribution network for sale of new products
5. Ensure updation maintenance of data records and formulation of sales reports Sales and Distribution Activities
