The Head of ID AM Service Center (India) is responsible for providing Governance and Oversight across the Central ID Administration and Service Operations functions. He/She is accountable for implementing the risk and control governance infrastructure that will facilitate appropriate action, building and managing key relationships, managing an effective and efficient team, implementing high-class processes and drawing on best practices both internally and externally
Ideally the candidate should have 15 to 17 years of overall experience and minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Information and IT Security
Strong track record of Service Delivery/Operations Management in leadership role.
Good leadership capability and people management skills, able to work in matrix organization.
Good understanding of ID Access Management, Service Management, and ITIL.
Awareness on risk and controls of ID Administration.
Exposure in handling a team size of 100+ people.
Graduates with good academic records.
ITIL V3 Basic certified.
CISA/CISM/CISSP certification is desired.
Certified Identity Risk Manager (CIRM) is preferred.
