Key areas of accountability:

* Piloting GTM strategy for Online channel and scale it up to top 35 cities
* Building a strong presence in Online for Personal care & Health & Wellness BGs
* Achieve top line target for new channels for the year by month by category
* Implement Way of Working as per guidelines
* Build the Online Strategy for Key accounts including Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon.

Education & Experience:

* MBA in Sales and Marketing from a premier business school
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in online sales
