You will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of technology for the organization; Ensuring the delivery of initiatives that will enable the growth of the company.
Reporting to the leadership team in the UK, you will partner with the Heads of Product development in UK, India CEO and other executives in managing the day to day operations of the India development centre.
Need to implement process and procedures that will keep high morale of team and make it highly performing team.
Experience in leading Software Development Organization in Ecommerce or Online Services in Travel Domain
Need to have deep understanding of Internet technologies and SAAS products.
Need to have good understanding of back office ERP software and related products.
Strong organizational / Project management experience i.e. ability to map out and execute a complex multi year, well defined product roadmap.
Experience in enforcing best practices of remote development teams working out of India.
Ensure engineering staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.
Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.
Implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls and procedures.
Ensure that development is adhering to the strategic plan and delivering status reports to the board& key stakeholders.
