Duties & Responsibilities:-
To develop and build the overall Positioning Strategies of the Brand and to sustain this positioning consistently over a period of time through various marketing tools.
In order to deliver the Brand Values to the Target Audience, finalization and implementation of a consistent overall 360 degree Communication Strategy for the Brand.
Co-ordination with agencies to develop and execute the product Campaigns, in order to build and communicate the Brand Identity.
Through Strategic Media Planning, increase the width and depth of Brand Communication to reach to the Target Audience in a most optimum manner.
To optimize resources, a well planned comprehensive Budgeting Exercise and meeting these budgets without compromising the impact of the communication or liquidating the Brand Promise.
Planning various Strategic Promotions & Events in different territories from time to time to fulfill short - term and long-term brand objectives.
Constant Competition Monitoring to keep abreast of competitive activities. Also using the various Market Research tools to understand the brand health on a regular basis.
Manage Business Development/product launches.
Preparing SOPs, Manuals & Work Instructions for Marketing Division.
Visual Merchandising: Conceptualization, creation in all the major national retail chains across the country. In charge of the in-store visual identity program for the Brand.
Customer retention and increasing the spends of members. Closely work with agency for analysis towards understanding segment specific trends.
Conceptualizing & implementing marketing strategies considering the market trend, annual improvement plans for expansion and new products
Building & maintaining relations with clients, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Define and generate key targets to improve market presense.
Planning marketing budgets and strategizing future growth for the company both in terms of sales and visibility.
Manage all the events that the company needed from launches to exhibitions and fairs.
Explore new media like internet and mobile telephony platforms for new and innovative publicity campaign.
To setup reliable distribution network throughout the designated region, in order to generate market volumes for company's various products.
