Manage and build partnership with various corporates to scale the rural business model (livelihood) PAN India
Work with the leadership team in developing and implementing strategy for the organization.
Building strategic partnerships in order to develop the business.
Growing and developing new alliances by closely working with the Corporates and other local agencies.
Strengthen the systems and processes within the organization to ensure high quality, efficient delivery, reporting and monitoring and evaluation.
Strengthen Project Design and Overseeing Program Management with Business Units.
Prior experience in running PAN India rural business is necessary.
Should have hands on experience in project management, building strategic partnerships and operations are essential traits for this position.
Deep understanding and passion for improving the Indian social context.
Proven track record in building remote workforce model and well-networked in the Indian rural business community.
Prior experience in operations, project management, training and corporate engagement are preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Hindi and English must, other Indian languages a plus).
Ability to work within timelines set and achieves short and long term goals.
Demonstrated client management experience i.e. acquisition to retention to growth.
Self starter, hands-on with an openness to perform variety of tasks at any level to achieve necessary results.
Outstanding leadership, influencing and communication skills are required.
Individual needs to understand that he/she would be working in the social sector.
Empathy is an essential trait. Should have the ability to work in an unstructured/fluid environment.
Able to travel across India as required.
Graduate/Post Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in development sector is desirable.
