Head of HR Operations Will independently manage HR operations with 7- 8 DRs and total manpower strength of about 8K employees.
Team Size: Approx. 7-8 direct reports (State HR Heads 6 Nos. + Corp. Operations Resources)
Educational qualification: MBA in HR from a Cat A / B Business School
Background industry preference: Telecom/FMCG / Consumer Durables / Any Other
Should have handled HR operations in a multi-location and matrix organization structure.
Should have had good implementation experience on basic HR operations, HR Business Analysis, Compliances, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, C & B etc.
Bandwidth to manage a workforce of 7 8K employees, based at multi-locations and extremely distributed
Ability to manage high internal customer work-groups i.e. Editorial
Interact with RCOOs / COOs etc.
The position would involve travelling of 7-8 days a month
