Job Description

1. Manage relations with the associated business functions and other senior leaders in the organization.
2. Proactively identify and provide solutions for associated business functions.
3. Scope of this role: HR, FC&A, India wide Office Infrastructure, Mobile enterprise devices and apps.
4. Architect/ Design the Enterprise IT Eco system (SAP) and service the OSS/ BSS organization to ensure organizational objectives and metrics are met (inclusive of Revenue, Profit, Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction).
5. Drive/Support large scale implementation pursuits within cross disciplinary teams.
6. Effectively manage escalations while building/ strengthening interfaces and teams
7. Establish sustainable and measurable internal standardization programs and productized services that drive increased On Time/Budget delivery results.
8. Management of assigned Project, Program, and Delivery Managers, including performance management (coaching, performance reviews, training, calibration processes, career management and rewards/ recognitions)

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory) from premier institutes
Work experience: (Minimum: 18 yrs- Maximum: 24 yrs)

1. 15+ years of overall SAP experience in the software or professional services industry and 7 years of SAP Services and Delivery experience with prior Management roles.
2. Should have designed Enterprise IT ecosystem.
3. Managed a team of 100 plus.
4. Should have successful track record in designing and delivering SAP projects enterprise wide.
5. Familiarity with all the modules of ERP is a must.
6. Should be well versed with Mobile devices and apps.

Added advantage:
1. Professional Certifications (in Telecom domain/technology/product) preferred.
2. SAP Certifications.
3. Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TIP, TOGAF, TAM, ITIL etc.

1. Business acumen to oversee programs of various sizes and risk that span organizational boundaries, including multiple business units and multiple service partners/vendors.
2. Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact & manage stakeholders
4. Good communication skills - written and oral
5. Good Analytical Skills
