The Content Head oversees all content initiatives related to Sales and Management Development, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement and retention.
This individual is an expert in all things related to digital content production, content and channel optimization, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.
The position works closely with the Head of Training Delivery and collaborates with the Sales and HR Functions to help define and develop the Content Strategy and Deployment to leverage content as a Strategic Asset.
Conducts ongoing enablement needs analysis and prioritizes offerings in concurrence with company strategic priorities & sales leadership direction
* Works closely with all levels of sales leadership to prioritize needs requests aligned with business objectives
* Regularly incorporates appropriate evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs to regularly improve training content and curriculum
* Develops and deploys sales modules and overall sales training curriculum to new hire training classes and new sales hire throughout the year as well as on-going training for sales professionals
* Partners with cross functional teams to ensure a comprehensive training programs for Teams across Sales, HR and Operations functions
* Leverages technology to develop and deploy an integrated Learning Curriculum
