Job Description

Land acquisition & fund raising (Pan India / JDA / redevelopment (MHADA, Redev, Cluster, SRA etc)

- evaluate projects across business segments of Residential, Commercial & Hospitality.

- sourcing & Channel relationship management

- Support with deal execution, transaction closure & management

- Support legal in formulating term sheet, SHAs & agreements for commercials aspects, negotiation on agreements with investors after understanding their needs.

- Investment management - keeping tab on market, operations & legal assumptions made, manage IRR with environment changes. Closely interacting with SRA partner for operational tracking.

- Coordinate for due diligence and closure with other parties, their consultants, internal departments.

- IM preparation for equity and property investors

- Society Tender management. Understanding societal issues & negotiation

- Financial modeling for feasibilities and risk analysis

- Market Discovery to generate product options, identify profitable segments

- Comparable study for market understanding & client options

- Understand Regulatory environmental changes to fully assess the potential of the proposals and investments made

- Evaluate various possible scenarios to create win-win deal structures in negotiations
