Job Description

* Should be able to generate leads through online and offline channel,

* keep the staff motivated and focus on the need to acquire customers,
knowledge of Mutual Funds would be an added advantage

* Overall leadership of the Acquisition team, including all of the people and the revenue they generate
* Collaborate on new business opportunities, client support and the constant evolution of new acquisition ideas
* Set ambitious targets and drives continued profitable growth through team leadership, motivation, sales structures and tools
* Take accountability for lead generation and pipeline management
* Identification of key partners - who can help us win in the market. Once identified, you will be responsible for developing a business case, presenting the business case and on boarding the partner
