Job Description

* Contribute in the sales management planning process by providing inputs collected through direct customer feedback and market intelligence related to the residential/commercial/retail segment
* Provide inputs to the Marketing Team on marketing and branding initiatives for residential/retail/commercial projects
* Monitor the lease periods and ensure timely extension (or) termination of the lease depending on the customer payment history and organization's tenant mix policy
* Ensure effective implementation of sales management processes across the residential/commercial/retail projects to minimize business risks and ensure efficient servicing of the customer
* Establish favourable terms and conditions with the channel partners and ensure regular follow up to ensure timely establishment of contacts with the targeted customers in a timely manner
* Lead the negotiations with customers / clients in collaboration with the external consultants and finalize the lease
* Oversee and ensure effective management of the sales launch process for the allocated projects to ensure good customer support and maximum sales
* Ensure that sales, customer service and commercial processes for the residential/commercial/retail sales adhere to financial and legal control parameters
* Oversee the effective leverage on information technology for efficient processing and reporting of the residential/commercial/ retail sales transactions
* Ensure timely invoicing, follow up and collections of the rents and payables from the customers / tenants in a timely manner; evaluate the reports provided by the marketing accounts professional & initiate necessary action for bad debts to minimize receivables and bad debts
