Job Description

The job profile involves managing and executing Data Management projects for business information and publishing clients
The candidates will be primarily responsible for handling multiple clients and managing teams involved in financial data analysis and business report creation
The candidates will be responsible for preparing proposals, leading and managing pilot assignments, account setup and scale-up, quality assurance, on-going training & development
The candidates should be proficient in client relationship management, data analysis, process set up and scale-up, scientific and systematic in approaching operational issues/ managing client escalations
Attention to detail and commitment to work are important traits
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination:
Responsible for all client engagement/ Communication / Meetings / Presentations
Understanding client requirement, solutioning and responsible for operations setup & scale-up
Play a pivotal role in client retention and account/business expansion
Excellent & Consistent client satisfaction level and providing customer delight
Responsible for adhering and achieving clients SLAs
Responsible for developing collaterals and case studies
Presentation of business cases, collaterals & case studies to clients
2.Delivery Management:
Responsible for consistent high quality on-time delivery
Responsible for project planning, design and implementation
Responsible for developing project feasibilities and proposals focusing on project objectives, scope, approach, research methodology, timelines and cost estimates
Responsible for operations planning, team setup /scale-up and on-going execution of data & content projects /accounts
Responsible for streamlining and improving the efficiency of the processes
o Continually strive for process improvement and enhancing productivity
Formulate quality control methodologies and implement quality assurance across all projects, deliverables and work processes of entire team
o Continually strive to improve quality benchmarks and ensure meeting/ improving client SLAs
Responsible for developing & updating process documents (SOPs) required for successful implementation of projects and accounts
Responsible for operations processes reviews and implementing business driven initiatives for operational excellence
Responsible for maintaining projects and account MIS reports and giving updates to the Head of Operations

3. Team Management
Leading a team of secondary and primary research analysts, senior analyst and financial analyst
Recruitment& training of team members
Responsible for setting up teams KRAs and improving theefficiency/ performance of team members
Regular review mechanism with different client/ project/ account team
Prepare reports on delivery performance
Responsible for team environment & sprit within and among the teams in the organization
Keep attrition rate under control
Participate in internal initiatives on quality and building of knowledge repositories
To ensure and implement measures to achieve full participation of team on all divisionalinitiatives
Mentoring and training team leaders, account heads and new joinees across allprojects and account

Candidate Profile: Graduate / Post Graduates /MBA with 6-15 years of relevant work experience of which at least 2-3 years of work experience in work-force management, client communications, value-added knowledge services analysis, Sector Exposure and Understanding: Good knowledge and exposure to the industry vertical across the globe.
