* Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR, IR & Admin policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives
* Facilitating Organizational Development (OD) plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness
* Learning & Development - Coordinating with the Internal & External trainers for training and development activities in the areas of soft skills, GMP compliance, & technical trainings.
Employee Relations and retention - Implementing various retention strategies in line with the company policy to control attrition at all levels. Providing feedback to management with regards to employee turnover through exit interviews and employee feedback mechanism.
Competency Mapping - Implemented the Perrigo Competency Manual and trained function leads on the same. Assisted them in identifying the competency levels of their respective teams and coordinated for specific training inputs.
