He will be responsible for Sales & Marketing activities across India,Development of Distribution Network,Strategy formulation,Training & Development of sales team, market development,Achievement of sales target, allocation of Budget, sales plan & credit control.Person Must have good knowledge of Specialty chemical / Construction Chemical Industry. Or he must be from similar industry.
we are looking for a professional having exposure in Sales, Channel Management (Distribution) and Business Leadership,Strategy Formulation, Channel Development, New Market Penetration, Key Account Management, Operations, Budgeting, Distribution and Credit Administration
Good knowledge of Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities and Developing wide network of channel partners to ensure adequate market reach and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
Must have Good knowledge of strategy development & implementation to attain predetermined targets with optimal realization, new product launches, territory expansion, market presence consolidation, market share, positioning and brand equity
