The objective of this role is to conceptualize/ re-strategies/ restructure, design and implement OD, OE, talent management, leadership development and capability building initiatives to enable businesses for enhanced performance and achievement of planned objectives.
Identify specific TOC needs anticipated in rapid growth markets both organic and inorganic growth (joint ventures and other BD plans) and Coordinate with business Heads, Department Heads and Function Heads.
Provide strategic consulting support.
Provide content expertise and thought leadership on Talent and Organization capabilities to HR Leads and Business Leaders to enable and facilitate business strategies and performance.
Provide consulting support to drive organization development/effectiveness initiatives and projects for the Businesses.
Build out and deliver approach to collaborate with HR and Business leaders to enable them to drive talent and organizational capability initiatives effectively into the organization.
To design and institutionalize top talent development framework to support accelerated learning and growth (including mentoring program, engagement with senior leadership, action learning projects/critical experiences etc.) to prepare potential talent for getting into critical leadership roles in future.
To work directly with the business leaders to build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels (i.e. Iconic Programs for top talent across levels, leadership academies for key transition points such as First Time Managers, Managing Managers) and critical roles/segments.
To be the custodian for executing the leadership development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs and journey [including pre and post program activities], delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training). Continuously researches and develops new technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning (i.e. m-learning, e-learning, virtual learning etc.) and deploys leading - edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the business requirements/priorities.
To develop and implement internal systems and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training program development & delivery. Analyzes data, trends & delivers management information reports for effective decision-making by the leaders.
MBA HR from one of the top B Schools with a minimum of strategic practice experience in OD, OE, TOC, talent management experience of 10 years.
Must be heading, in the present assignment, the Talent and Organization Development function in a reputed Organization.
MUST have top-of-the-line proficiencies in design and delivery of leadership/ hipot development interventions.
Must have excellent Communication, analytical, statistical, presentation and inter-personal skills.
