The objective of this role is to conceptualize/ re-strategies, plan, organize, structure/ re-structure, design, analysis, implementation, management, communication and assessment of all Performance management and Rewards & Recognition programs within the organization.
To plan, organize, setup and implement strong Performance management & Reward practice and lead a team towards ensuring the alignment with the vision and ensuing strategic objectives of the organization.
To strategies, design, implement and manage Compensation Programs including periodic Salary Benchmarking and Review to ensure business competitiveness.
To design and implement online Performance Management system and introduce key performance metrics that ensures regular performance measurement against the assigned goals.
To collaborate with business and functions to understand reward & recognition needs and translating them into an executable reward & retention (monetary/non-monetary) policies which is also aligned with organization's values, goals and external competitiveness.
To be accountable for driving end-to-end performance management & reward system including managing related budgets in a most cost effective manner.
To effectively educate, communicate and market employee compensation and benefit programs for improved employee attraction, retention and for maximized utilization.
To provide expertise and guidance to other members of the HR team; advice HR and Managers on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, job evaluations, organizational design and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
To lead the benchmarking of incentives programs and drive the design and implementation of the company's compensation philosophy for achieving higher productivity.
To develop annual fiscal year benefits budget based on plan design changes and pricing/claims projections.
MBA HR from a prominent B School with a minimum of 10 years versatile strategic practice experience in PMS, C&B and R&R.
MUST have strong knowledge and relevant experience of legislation that may affect compensation and benefits policies.
Must have requisite expert level Rewards & Recognition design skills including competitive rewards practices & delivery models, job architectures and development of job profiles, sales incentive plans,etc.
MUST have excellent statistical analysis and modeling skills.
MUST have good working knowledge of various performance management models.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
