He shall be heading the division & shall be leading a team of marketing & sales professionals. He shall provide proactive leadership and be responsible for divisional MIS, budget and profitability, planning, executing and evaluating innovative strategies for achieving the sales target. Directing sales and marketing people in successful launch and field marketing activities. Recruitment, deployment and development of field staff. & Introduction of new products.
B.Sc. / B.Pharm & MBA. with relevant experience in marketing, Sales of DEMA PRODUCTS in a reputed pharmaceutical company Candidates Currently holding similar position for at least 2 yrs. Age not exceeding 45 yrs.
Must have hard core DERMA Experience.
