To develop the company's Building Services Engineering (MEP) business in Nigeria
REPORTING TO - Group Executive Chairman
Establish and develop business relationship with power utilities; Generating, Transmission and Distribution companies, independent power producers (IPP), corporate consumers of power, foreign EPCs, financial institutions, building consultants, Architects, and project developers (local and foreign)
Develop an opportunity pipeline and convert to contracts for various product and service offerings.
Develop technical wining proposals in coordination with local tendering team and foreign/local partners.
Work closely with the Executive Management Team in developing the company's growth strategies
Drive the preparation of sales and marketing material; attend exhibitions and other promotional activities.
Identify possible and relevant collaborations within the power sector and the construction industries.
Work closely with other business units and departments within the organization.
Lead and develop the Business Development and Systems Engineering Teams
Possess degree in relevant engineering field. Preferable Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Self-motivated, good drive, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, able to multitask to meet tight schedules.
Service oriented and self- confident dealing with all level of employees
Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to achieving goals.
A high level of motivation and energy.
Ms Office (minimum of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word)
Good administration skills

Strong Financial skills
Good command of English- both spoken and written.
Must have the experience in sales and marketing of Project Sales..
