* To Establish and monitor the Resource and skills management of Organization :
o To consolidate and schedule the WorkLoad for Organization.
o Midterm workload visibility based on structured strategy with roadmap per activity formalised with customers.
o Shorterm workload confirmation on a monthly basis with 6 months visibility.
o Workforce sourcing strategy proposal to MC based on workload analysis.
o Detailed monthly planning of workforce allocation and recruitment forecast.
o Skill requirement by activity, recruitment and training strategy work in coordination with HR.
o Establishing performance standards and project planning standards in collaboration with the product and process functions (performance curves etc) and in compliance with V3P
o Preparing reference documents for project activity management by incorporating experience feedbacks, in support of company decisions and by ensuring deployment of these practices in the functions directions and projects (toolbox of people involved in project management)
o Ensuring/ confirming workload/ workforce balance especially through strategic simulation of the workload plan, consolidation of workload/ workforce data and workload variation management
o Facilitating engineering benchmarking procedures for preparing progress plans for engineering and projects.
o To align all the other functions under the single WorkLoad/WorkForce organisation.
