Job Description

Total years of Experience : 14+ years
Qualifications : Graduate & Certified Black Belt
Reporting To : Associate Director


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Driving improvement initiatives that positively impact Client satisfaction & business profitability
Identifying areas of improvement and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvement in profitability and better customer experience.
Solving business problems through innovative & sustainable solutions
Identifying process gaps & automation opportunities.
Project managing improvement efforts across multiple locations and maintain consistence in effort & implementation.
Understanding of the Clients End to End Business Cycle and opportunities for outsourcing, offshoring and process improvements using Analytical Data Points and to draw up a business case.
Understanding of the Risks associated with the project from a Process, statutory and Fraud prevention perspective and build the project charter with appropriate mitigates.
Front end the Process Improvement and Process Transformation projects between client and Company to enable effective communication and project management to deliver the desired results.
Driving effective Change Management for a stable & consistent delivery V Zero surprise operations


STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED :


Experience in working and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Should be able to demonstrate quality concepts, methodologies, tools, analytics & differentiate at the highest level
Exposure and domain knowledge in Banking, Customer Service & Collections will be preferred
Should have exposure in managing large multi geo projects, using specific CI methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen etc.
Excellent Communication and confidence to deal with the clients business stake holders and consultants.
Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills.
Be able to lead new process design (Designing As-is and To-be Process Mapping) and propose alternate business process designs
Participate and assist in Base-lining and Due-diligence exercises
Working & Managing CI teams across multiple Geos and driving continuous improvements to the Customer
Effective communication with account leadership
Ability to identify improvement opportunities


OTHER REQUIREMENTS :


Lean & Six Sigma Certified - Preferably Black Belt Certified
Excellent Communication Skills, should be able to sell solutions, conduct group discussion, interviews with Client
Should have working knowledge statistical tools such as Mini Tab
Good Presentation Skills - Both written & verbal
Strong Analytical Skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Exposure to drive complex improvement projects across multiple accounts/domains
Valid passport
Applicant should be open to travel short & medium (2 - 3 months) term assignments
Flexibility to work in shifts
Flexibility to travel & work from different locations basis the ongoing assignment
