To work as General Manager - Administration at this Leading Realty Company with a large well defined presence on a Pan India basis. As GM - Administration, you would be based at their Corporate Office in Mumbai and be responsible for all Front of House, Hospitality and Administration related functions. Key Responsibility Areas include Office Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Fire Safety, Food and Pantry Services and Front Office. Some involvement in structural re-design and new project initiatives is also expected. You will lead a Team of Hospitality Professionals ( FOH and BOH ) and ensure that exemplary service is provided to both, internal and external Customers with an effort to achieve Delight. You will lead by example and set high standards for every member in your Team to live up to.
You are a graduate in any discipline or have obtained a degree in Hotel Management from a reputed institute. Over the last ten years and more you have worked your way up the hierarchy of a a top end hotel and have adequate exposure to key functional areas such as Rooms and F & B. You are currently at the level of a General Manager or a No 2 in a deluxe hotel operation and are fully conversant with the mechanics how a top end hotel functions. You may have some exposure to projects. Alternately, you have worked in the Office Management / Facility Management function at a senior level and are familiar with the Administrative Management of large top end Corporate Offices and their particular requirements. You are less than 40 years of age and a resident of Mumbai.
