This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented consultant to work with industry experts in one of the hottest technology sectors right now: Enterprise Mobile Apps.

This permanent role will pay will be working from a new Hyderabad office and require little to no travel. We are looking for a range of expertise, from junior to very experienced, with salaries negotiated based on expertise.

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Senior Consultants during client workshops, requirements gathering, conference room pilots, user acceptance testing

- Install and configure rapid - proof of concepts- for clients

- Assist with configuration and testing on client projects

- Assist with deployment of solution into production environments

- Provide client post go live support

- Configure and support our demonstration environments

Person Profile:

- An individual with strong analysis skills

- Ability to face client and work with senior stakeholders in the business;

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team player, flexibility and willingness to develop a broad business and application/system knowledge base.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.



- Good Knowledge of HCM functionality including Core HRMS

- Between 1-10 years- experience of working with Oracle E-business Suite applications.

- Experience of implementing Oracle e-Business Suite

- Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements/issues and mapping those requirements/issues to Oracle E-business Suite functionality;

- Good knowledge of business processes in the HRMS area;

- Client-facing experience;

- Good general IT skills

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS with experience of developing and configuring Oracle HR.

- Experienced in use of change management tools and processes and version control

- Experience in development life cycle

- High quality documentation skills; English communication must be very high

- Light technical skills, including ability to write SQL queries to interrogate HR data.


- Experience of working in an Oracle EBS projects.

- Experience in writing Fast Formula

- HR Self-Service, AME, Workflow, Oracle Time and Labour, iRecruitment
