Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with various Oracle PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Modules
Minimum 2 end to end PeopleSoft HCM project implementation experience
Experience designing and configuring PeopleSoft Global Payroll application/module with any country extension
Hands on experience on NorthAmerican payroll, Absence , Time and Labor module is added advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management and process development skills.
Modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Interfaces, Reports
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 version implementation experience
Experience designing and configuring PeopleSoft Global Payroll application/module from scratch.
Should have knowledge and experience in integration between Core HR, Absence, Global Payroll modules
Should have knowledge and experience of designing custom interfaces, custom payroll related reports
Should be good at documentation, requirement gathering, fitgap, requirement validation, Test scripts
Should have knowledge and experience in preparing project documents like functional design, SOP, training, user manual etc.
