* Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel.
* Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) to the prospective franchise partner
* Possess good contacts and sound database.
* Frequent participation in Exhibitions, Trade Shows etc. PAN India.
* Well versed with latest Advertising -- Marketing -- Promotional trends in the market.
* Should have good knowledge about franchise mode of operations.
* Serves as a liaison between franchises and company headquarters.
* Very comfortable in approaching and communicating with HNI / High-End clients.
* Willing to travel extensively PAN India & abroad as required.
* Should be highly energetic, target & task oriented.
* Should possess good front end, very presentable with excellent communication skills.
* Hardcore Sales Background, preferably from Franchise Sales.
* Presentable & Smart Person.
* Lead generation.
* Participation in Franchise Trade Show
